There was 3 steps for citizenship:

1.Declaration of intent (first papers)

2. Petition for naturalization

3. Certificate of citizenship (final papers)

Declarations and petitions often have good information about the immigrant as name, birthdate, birthplace in Sweden, immigration year and also name of immigrant ship.
